Amazing article, Ben. I've myself managed to reminisce the past by looking at emails from way back, like from 10 years ago where email used to be the sole mode of communication. I've been awestruck by the kind of conversations and the responses I've provided to people genuinely scratching my head and wondering "now why on earth would I respond to him this way?".

It's only in hindsight we realize how correct or wrong we were, whether we overreacted to something or gave a just and logical reaction and whether someone behaving in a certain way was justified in doing so.
