Amazing read, Jessica. Loved the way you mythbusted some of the stupid advice doing the rounds out there, like you said, especially by people with money. They don't even realize we're not even in the 90's anymore, and they still want us to work twice as hard as they did just because we have access to more food and resources. As can be evinced by the pitiable state of our collective health, that definitely isn't the case.
