Beautiful write up. Loved it word for word. Thank you so much for pouring your heart out to the rest of us who have never experienced these moments in life (yet) and have an inkling of what it feels like to be on the other side now (of having lost a loved one).

Thanks also, for sharing what helped you cope during those difficult times. Fitness and relationships are indeed therapeutic and I have also personally found that endurance sport keeps me motivated, healthy and sharp during the most difficult times of life too.
