I don't know who Ted Lasso is, but I particularly liked this point about relationships that you've brought out in the conclusion. I think this paragraph can be extrapolated to all relationships.

That need to feel safe with a significant other somewhere is nothing but a fantasy, and the fact that so many people believe in this fantasy is proof that we live in a world of pain.

The wound we all carry around is not some individual lack that the right SO could make good. It's the scar where patriarchy branded us, the place where we were broken to fit this bad old world.
