I see waves of employees turning to entrepreneurship to get out of the frustration and stiffling nature of a job, only to commit the very same transgressions against the ones whom they employ all over again.
Also, more people becoming entrepreneurs is bad for the environment and every other business in general, as there is now more competition. More resources are required to run their (a rich persons) lives now, and once they start earning good profits, they seldom come down from that golden entrepreneur lifestyle which is so resource intensive and polluting.
Only if employers showed an iota of compassion towards employees, we would not see this mass exodus towards entrepreneurship.
