Just like Satish said below, most men are neutral towards rape culture. And it's for this very reason that sexual deviants can do whatever they want and get away with it. They are happily aware of the fact that since most men are neutral, in the eyes of the law they automatically reside on their side, i.e. the side of the oppressor. and hence they never feel there will be any repercussions for their actions later on.
