Same here for me. the whole point of self-employment was to set our own schedules. But the ghosts of traditional employment's past still haunt us. (because we were in its grip for so damn long, duh!).

I literally took up self employment so that i could go hiking over the weekdays instead of the weekends where the trails have become insanely overcrowded and also restricted due to overpopulation and migration.

But in a bid to sound politically correct, I always schedule my social media posts to go out on weekends, even though i might have done a hike on a wednesday or Friday. I'm afraid people might ask "wow you went on a weekday? what kind of work do you do that lets you do that?"
