So true. The benefit of doubt is always given to the customer who is total stranger to that establishment btw, instead of the actual staff who has been working there for years.
Seldom do you see managers or business owners defending their employees and taking their side. Instead of rightfully taking the side of their own employees, they'd rather sympathize with a customer just so they'd get repeat business no matter how demoralizing or humiliating it is for their very own employees.
Truly bizarre.
