Confusing product labelling will for sure make you pull your hair out from sheer frustration
I haven’t particularly been a fan of e-commerce or online shopping. I never understood why one would prefer to shop online when they could just go to a store and get the product themselves, barring internationally shipped goods of course. The fact that I couldn’t see the product right in front of my very eyes, touch it, feel it, and test it out right there just didn’t sit right with me. And besides, I’ve always shopped not just for the purpose of buying something, but for the bountiful retail therapy as well.
Online shopping was all the rage during the covid lockdowns where everyone was locked up at home, and only online deliveries were possible. That’s where I personally got hooked to the habit myself. And ever since, I’ve been an ardent customer of a couple of websites, but mostly Amazon, since I got tired of creating fresh accounts on other sites and entering my personal details over and over again.
But here’s the thing right.
