Unfortunately this holds true only for those who have extremely supportive and like minded family members. Those who are equally invested in seeing you successfull and happy.

For the rest, having a family around is a nightmare. There's just too many restrictions and rules to work around. They are the type who want you to compete with the world, rather than create your own success. I'd rather be alone than with such family members.
