What were the control factors for this? Were controlled studies even done to begin with? Is it good for everyone or only those following unhealthy diets/stressful lives? What about all other factors such smoking, alcohol, drug usage (pharmaceutical or otherwise), stress? What about fitness? Is this a substitute for daily exercise...or is it not? or is it supposed to complement it?

Does all this research apply to everyone across the board, or only to those poor sleep deprived souls who work more than 50 hours a week (or have similar stress levels from other sources) and desperately need that "downstate" to take the edge off? I literally have like a hundred questions running in my head right now.

I'm not against your article, but it's just made me ask more questions than it answered. :-)
