You are absolutely right. It was only during period of intense boredom or during my hikes in the forest over long weekends that the best article ideas struck me. I got the best insights, words, and articles only when I was away from the computer for an extended period of time, not sitting in front of it for fourteen hours a day rummaging my brain for what to write.
